The library remains open for consultation from 0830 hr. 2300 hr. from Monday to Saturday. It remains open on Sundays, national and a few local holidays. Borrowing facilities are available to members who enroll themselves in the library after filling the prescribed application form duly signed by the head of the institutions and respective Financial Control Authorities. There are more than 28 departmental libraries for which the Central Library acquires books and monographs in the field of health and allied sciences. The library is responsible for the technical processing of these publications acquired for them. At present, the following services are being provided:
