The faculty members, PGs, UGs and paramedical staff are entitled to avail the library facilities. They will also have to record their name, address and time of arrival and put their signature in the Register kept with the Janitor at the entrance gate.
Staff
- Permanent academic and non academic staff.
- Temporary academic staff.
- Members of the University staff and their affiliated colleges and such other persons for whom the University has made provisions to use the library.
- Under special circumstances the Librarian may permit applicants who are not members of the university and its affiliated colleges to use the library.
- Normally visitors will be permitted by the Dean e.g. inspectors, examiners accompanied by HOD.
Students
- All registered internal undergraduates.
- Registered full time post-graduates.
