Permanent Staff Members
A permanent staff member could borrow on his/her card only one book for a week for home reading. A borrower is not allowed to exceed this number under any reason. However, borrower could retain a book more than a week after obtaining the permission from the competent authorities. For over due books, a reminder will be sent by the library.
Temporary Staff Members
Temporary staff members are also entitled to borrow one book for a week excluding reference and multi-volumes Books.
Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students
Library Borrower-Cards are issued on the dates set apart from registration of students at the library. Students are required to produce their record books and the identification cards when they submit their application forms for Library Borrower Card. One Library Borrower Card of blew colour will be issued to students.
